HEC Paris EMBA: #2 in the world in the 2026 QS Rankings!

QS EXECUTIVE MBA RANKINGS 2026

Over 200 EMBA programs were assessed this year across nine key indicators. The HEC Paris Executive MBA ranks #2 globally and #2 in Europe. In addition, the TRIUM Global Executive MBA, delivered jointly with LSE, NYU Stern, and HEC, was ranked #1 worldwide in the Joint Programs category.

A RANKING BUILT ON GLOBAL INSIGHT

The QS Executive MBA Rankings, known for their rigorous and comprehensive methodology, evaluated 246 programs across 58 countries. The analysis draws on survey responses from 36,074 employers and 39,454 academic nominations across nine key indicators.

The HEC Paris Executive MBA earned an outstanding overall score of 98.2 out of 100.

EXCELLENCE ACROSS KEY EVALUATION AREAS

The HEC Paris EMBA achieved exceptional results across several key indicator groups, notably Employability, Thought Leadership and Career Outcomes. 

Career Outcomes scored 96.4 out of 100, reflecting the program’s strong professional impact. This category includes metrics like average salary increase and the percentage of graduates promoted within a year of graduation. Notably, HEC Paris achieved a perfect 100 out of 100 for Mean Salary Increase, underscoring the program’s significant career advancement potential.

Thought Leadership rose to 94.7, up from 93.3 last year. This indicator reflects global academics’ perceptions of institutions demonstrating excellence in research and teaching, based on nominations within their fields. Each year, approximately 7,000 institutions are evaluated through this QS Academic Reputation indicator, making it one of the most comprehensive evaluations of academic prestige worldwide.

In Employer Reputation, HEC scored 94.7 out of 100. This score is based on feedback from thousands of employers, who were asked to nominate universities they prefer when recruiting graduates.

Diversity remains a key strength, with HEC earning a perfect 100 out of 100 in the nationalities section, thanks to the consistent representation of over 50 nationalities across our cohorts.
